Are Open!!!
ITI (NSW) is still open. Due to the current situation
there are some changes to the way we are operating.
General Information
While our sites are still open it is required that all
visits from non ITI staff are avoided where possible and
if it is necessary please ensure to arrange in
advance.
All visitors are required to sign in via our Covid QR
code, wear a face mask, and practice
social distancing at all times.
Additional Safety Measures
On all of our NSW sites we are currently carrying out
additional cleaning and disinfecting of all high flow
areas.
All of our drivers are being isolated while loading to
minimise the risks to staff, customers, and other
drivers.
All of our staff are now receiving regular
Covid tests as a precautionary measure to keep
our team and our customers as safe as
possible
Placing Orders
We are still taking orders as per normal but we have
limited the amount of staff on site. We appreciate
your patience and will process your inquiry as quickly
as we can.
Pick Ups
We are still open for pick-ups for account
customers only however the despatch office
is closed to pedestrian traffic.
As a result until further notice customers
of our account customers are no longer able to
pick up as we are minimising visitors to our
site.
When your driver arrives please have them call (02)
8805-5005 and our despatch team will provide
instructions.
It is mandatory that while on ITI premises all drivers
sign in via our Covid QR code, wear a face
mask and practicing social distancing at all
times.
As of Monday 30th August there
will be large QR Code check in’s on all entry
gates so your driver can sign in without getting
out of their vehicle
Deliveries
Deliveries are still available.
Our drivers have been instructed to wear face masks and
practice social distancing while on customer
premises.
